Social media and community director (Web3)

Full time Remotely Growth

We employ the director of social media to take over the customer accounts on Twitter/X. This role is practical training: writing daily tweets and threads, managing societies, and leading real participation.

What will you do:

Content and society

• Building and scheduling content calendars two weeks ago
• Write 1-3 tweets/daily interdependence indicators for each customer with a clear voice of the brand
• Responding to signs, comments and community participation at speed and personality
• Tracking market news, memes and novels to create interactive content
• Expanding the scope of access by placing signs and interacting with KOLS and influencers

Customer and management strategy

• Driving customer calls weekly to review performance and form content strategy
• Improving Twitter/X profiles for vision and transfers
• Create customer play books: sound tone, do/no, escalation rules
• Providing advice to customers about what he succeeds, and what is not, and how to grow faster

COMMS reports and crises

• Providing weekly/monthly reports with clear visions and steps
• Fast playing books to respond to FUD, breakdown, or negative press
• Liquidation of incoming DMS, expected living and partnership opportunities

Cooperation and growth

• Work with design/campaigns to produce graphics, ames and videos
• Building content documents with narration, corners and correspondence columns
• Make customers updated with organized progress and the landmarks of the campaign

What we are looking for

• In proven experiment playing Twitter/X for encryption brands (links to examples)
• Strong advertising writing skills through tweets and long topics
• Acute instincts for trends, tone and timing
• I am confident of communication that is able to lead the customer’s calls and adjust the direction
• Very organized, proactive, and able to reconcile multiple accounts

• The experience of hosting Twitter spaces or community events
• Design/Editorial Skills (Canva, Figma, Capcut, Photoshop)
• Infinter with the tools of analysis and UTM tracking
• The agency’s experience in managing many customers
