We are looking for a data entry operator to update and maintain information about the company’s databases and computer systems.

The responsibilities of the data entry operator include data collection and introduction in databases and maintain accurate records of the company’s valuable information. Our ideal candidate has basic data entry skills, such as fast writing with the eye to get details and familiarity with data and online shapes. You will work with a data team and a data manager. The previous experience as a writer or a similar position will be considered an advantage.

In the end, the successful data entry operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and useful information in our systems.

Responsibilities
Enter the customer and account data by entering the information based on the text and the number from the source documents within time limits
Assembly, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare the source data to enter the computer
Review palaces or errors data, correct any incompatibility cases if possible and verify the output
Search and obtain more information to obtain incomplete documents
Application of data program techniques and procedures
Generating reports, and a complete store in designated sites and performing backup operations
