location: West Cambridge website

salary: 26,226 pounds sterling – 29,986 pounds (Pro Rata for 0.96 FTE) + 15 % transformation allowance = 30,160 pounds sterling – 34,484 pounds annually.

This is equivalent to the average hour of 13.50 pounds-15.52 pounds, in addition to a 15 % increase.

We have an exciting opportunity for a veterinary nurse registered to join our nursing team at Queens Veterinary Hospital.

The referral hospital is a fast -paced environment that requires you to adapt to the ability to work well under pressure. The role will be to provide nursing for excellent criteria in the small animal wing. The small wing of animals consists of four dogs, two cats, critical care suites and isolation wings that include an average of 15-25 patients during the night.

We are looking for nurses that can cover up for 12 hours (2100-0900 hours) every 7 weeks. Rotates are planned a long time to help employees maintain a healthy balance between work and life.

The role in the inner patients of small animals will include surgical and medical nursing and critical care (training in critical care procedures can be provided). Cleaning, hygiene and management associated with internal patient care will constitute a reasonable percentage of time. This is a diversified role as there are no two similar days, so we are looking for individuals with a passion for nursing, with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, students and customers. The ability to work with your own initiative with minimal supervision is necessary. The transformations have an auxiliary support for veterinary care and veterinary aid.
