About school:

The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) currently includes 20 full -time faculty members, 460 university students and 70 graduate students. The research trends within ECE include the following: (1) connections, networks and the Internet of things (LO); (2) The spread and systems of the electromagnetic wave; (3) Energy and Energy, (4) Forming images, processing signals and vision of the machine, (5) smart control systems and robots, (6) optical and visual electrical, (7) electronics and solid status systems, and (8) highly wide integration (VLSI), computer structure and compact systems. There are many opportunities to cooperate with the internationally recognized OKLahoma Aerospace Institute for OSU Research and Education (OAIR) and the new product development center. The average annual research expenses at ECE College is about $ 2.5 million.

ECE School offers BS, MS, MENG and PHDs in Electrical Engineering (EE) and BS in Computer Engineering (CPE) with an option in software engineering. University school programs accredited. In addition, a new joint program was established in the AI ​​program and is now open for student applications. ECE School participates in the Department of Computer Science (CS) this multidisciplinary program, and features three tracks: CPE, CS and Healthcare Management (HCA). A faculty member who has been appointed for this position will play a major role in supporting and progressing this new artificial intelligence program.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a doctoral degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or closely related engineering. Successful candidates are expected to teach electricity and computer engineering courses, develop an internationally recognized research program from abroad, and Excel in teaching at both levels of university and graduate studies, and provides advice to graduate students, and serves ECE and their profession. It is expected that strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work individually and in the difference. Applicants who can use, share, enhance and develop existing ECE laboratories in particular are encouraged to apply.
