Boston University Academy (Bua) is seeking to obtain a full -time operations and finance director to start immediately. The assistant manager has two basic rotations. One is to supervise accounting and commercial/financial fields related to school life: the accounts due and the arrest accounts; Sources and purchases; Budget reconciliation and tracking. The second is the school’s human resources connection, which includes supervising the recruitment process; On board the performance evaluation; Track holidays/sick time; compliance; an exercise; Support interest; And other areas related to human resources. As a member of the Bua Operations Team, the assistant manager will also play a role in facilities and other operational pieces. All jobs include deep cooperation with faculty and Bua staff as well as many university departments. Bua is a small school with the support of the back office of the global level research institution. Excellent organization skills, customer service guidance, content experience in accounting and human resource management, technological cunning, and the ability to work in a team independently-all of them are essential competencies for this position. The director assistant provides reports to the Director of Operations and Finance.

Qualifications
- The required bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or financing houses
