Responsibilities

What will you do?

Responsible for the administration and enforcement of collective negotiation agreements, including research, processing and resolving claims on behalf of the representatives under SAG-Aftra contracts. Interpretation of the contractual provisions of performance, talent agents and production employees. Responsible for dealing with signed operations and controlling production. Participate in awareness and educational events on behalf of Washington – the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

• Investigation, research, synchronization, and resolution of claims started by performance artists or their representatives.
• Field inquiries and the dissemination of judgments and accurate interpretations related to theatrical and television agreements, commercial advertisements and educational/educational agreements, and related contracts.
• Dealing with signed procedures and monitoring the papers that may include documents of salaries and after production.
• Make specific production visits at Washington-Mid Atlantic Local (DC, MD, NC, VA, WV), as necessary, to impose agreements and safety monitoring on groups.

• The ability to determine the priorities, organization and coordination of multiple tasks under the daily final dates.
• Show the explanatory and analytical ability, as well as possess comprehensive mathematical knowledge.
• A regular and acceptable presence must be maintained at a level as specified according to the estimation of SAG-Aftra.
• It should be available and ready to work for a day or a week (and/or additional work for the inserted unpaved jobs), including weekends and holidays, and SAG-Aftra determines necessary to meet work needs.
• It should be available and ready to travel to such sites and with repetition as SAG-Aftra is necessary or desirable to meet the needs of its business.

Minimum qualifications:

Education and/or experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or a mixture of five years of education and experience
• Experience in work relationships or entertainment environment.
• Doctorate degree in work or jurisprudence is plus, but it is not required.
• The background in the interpretation of contract and enforcement is excessive.

Certificates and licenses and/or recordings:
• You must have an existing driver’s license, cars (in a trusted action), and the current insurance for cars that meets the minimum requirements.

Test requirements:
