Are you an experienced and skilled plumber looking for a stable and fragmented role where your work makes a real difference? As an important member of our team, you will treat a wide range of tasks, including planned maintenance, new combinations, and basic repair work. It will primarily work on our 400 -acre, which ensures that our employees, students and the public have safe and reliable facilities.

We work to a large extent basic hours from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, but during the high demand periods, the team is expected to work with flexibility to ensure the continuation of the service. You will be part of the ROTA team, which covers business in the field of critical issues in work outside the hours of the weekend, with the payment of additional work in addition to the appeal allowance to attend the site.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a proactive and skillful individual with the level of the city and unions (or what is equivalent) in the plumbing. You should be a major solution to problems, are familiar with health and safety, and are committed to supporting our values.

Basic requirements:

  • The craft trainee, coach at the city level and unions in commercial or equivalent qualifications.
  • UK full driving license.
  • Safe qualification for the current local gas.
  • Experience can be clarified in the building services environment.
  • Knowing safety regulations, including CosH and Risk Evaluation.
  • Strong experience with health and safety management techniques.
  • Flexible and adaptive approach to your work and watches.
  • Evidence of supporting our behavior as detailed in the characteristics of the accompanying person.
