About this team and the role:

The role is part of the security function within the broader infrastructure team in Mozilla. The safety team supports the functions of product, institutions and GRC across the organization in line with the task of building a safe and safe internet. You will lead a team of security engineers in the field of security (Infosec). Your primary focus will be on leading strategic and operational initiatives, especially in the application of institutions, the end point, data security and infrastructure with measurable results to raise the security position of the institution. Your professional profile

  • More than 10 years of progressive experience in developing and providing a strong safety framework for progressive institutions
  • A strong understanding and profound knowledge of institution systems and services with best practices related to security and compliance
  • Related Industry Certificates (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
  • A practical understanding of the use of technology and various tools (SEIM, weak MGMT, MDM/ EDR/ DLP, IDP/ IAM, BI tools)
  • The ability to develop the radical causes of security accidents (RCA) and treatment plans to solve shortcomings in risks that work with the stakeholders’ teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to push the regulatory impact in the long run
  • A background shows a bias to work and the ability to move in restrictions in order to achieve business results
  • The ability to cooperate and influence a variety of stakeholders to face multifunctional challenges and change leadership
