Overview of the situation

We are looking for motives and directed towards details Human resource software/salary support customer support specialist To join our team. In this role facing the customer, it will be the first point to call for support inquiries-where customers who are problems, increase their use of our program, and ensure a smooth experience.

Main responsibilities

• Provide technical and job support to customers using our HR/Payroll program.

• Explining and repairing errors and solving problems related to salary statements, employee records and reporting.

• Educating customers on the advantages of the system, updates and best practices.

• Cooperation with the internal teams (Development, QA, etc.) to escalate and solve complex situations.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records for customer interactions and solutions.

• Help with applications, including data deportation and customer on board.

• Keep awareness of the legislation of salary statements, human resource industry trends, and product updates.

The required skills and qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience installed in supporting human resource software.

• Strong knowledge of the operations of salary, compliance and regulations.

• Explore and repair errors and solve problems.

• Clear and professional communication skills, both oral and writing.

• The ability to manage multiple cases accurately and efficiently.

• Team player with the first customer mentality.

Favorite qualifications

• Professional certificate in human resources/salaries (for example, CPP, Shrm-CP).

• Experience with Blue Bison or Human Resources/Similar Resources Features (ADP, working day, Peoplesoft, HR Plus, BAMBOOHR, etc.).
