Health professionals and allied staff (HPAE) search Employee. The staff representative will work with local employees, representatives (store referees) and members to preserve the local population of the union. HPAE is a gradual health care union with a dynamic and successful program. The membership has multiplied three times in the last 20-25 years. We are currently 13,000 nurses and other healthcare professionals in 22 residents of the Federation.

Qualifications
Preference is intended for applicants who have experience in a full set of employee representation duties, including contract negotiations, grievances and arbitration, internal organization, and the development of alliances with unions and other community groups. Strong internal organization, excellent communication, writing, and personal skills. Commitment to the strong and democratic action movement is a must.

Salary and benefits
