We are currently looking for new Data scientistTo join our data visions team and work closely with Clio products and business teams.
You flourish on both analytical challenges and work closely while developing products and professionals who face customers. You will cooperate with everyone from product managers to business leaders and developers, and will direct the rapid repetitions of the hypothesis, define priorities, experimentation / analysis and prepare strategy – extracting valuable visions, enhancing our decision -making processes and contributing to the development of innovative financial products.

You will work alongside a team of multi -functional data scientists, guaranteed in Clio products and business teams, developing AI and ML solutions to understand Clio customers, bring them to advanced AI and Genai products, and recommend proactive and effective ways to better serve them. You will play an integral role, enabling business leaders via Clio to make strict data -based decisions. It will help in laying the foundation for this work by ensuring good data quality, data governance, and analytical practices. It will also be part of our largest team and AI Team for learning and job development and data initiatives at the company level.
Here you will need to do:

- Work with other team members to develop AI and ML solutions and spread them in production.
- Apply strict statistical analysis techniques and data extraction techniques to clearly evaluate and communicate the impact of different products features and other business initiatives.
- Use statistical analysis, machine learning, Genai, LLMS, etc. To cancel the new product opportunities.
- Cooperating closely with products, marketing and business teams to improve work problems, develop clear hypotheses and provide data -based recommendations that constitute a strategy.
- Supporting scientific thinking in product and business teams by enabling discussions with data, spreading best practices, and leading role models.
- Communication effectively and providing complex technical concepts and results with the diverse stakeholders, and ensuring understanding and behaving of visions.
You must have:
- 3+ years of applied experience in data science.
- The ability to translate work requirements into data science solutions.
- A capacity to provide implemented visions in a fast -paced repetitive environment.
- Experience in developing analysis in Bethon and experience with ML libraries and relevant frameworks (for example, Pandas, Pytorch, Scikit-Learn)
- The mentality of the strong team player, while he is able to work under your own initiative and to set time and tasks effectively.
- Excellent and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a convincing story with data to both artistic and non -technical audiences.
- The ability to write SQL inquiries is organized to answer questions and data processing.

The full salary range* for this role ranges from $ 111,400 to $ 131,000 to $ 150,600. In addition, benefits may vary depending on the employee’s website.
*We aim to employ all candidates between the minimum and the mid -salary point. We keep the middle point to the maximum salary squad for internal employees who prove the continuous high performance and its effect on Clio. The final offer amount of this role depends on individual experience and candidate skills. Please note that there is a separate group of salary teams for other regions based on the local currency.
