About this role:

Mozilla IAM team is looking for an employee software engineer to rebuild our identity and access management system (IAM). Our iam updating project aims to enhance expansion, safety and user experience, and to place IAM as a platform presented within the infrastructure organization. This role is through our SRE.

What will you do:

• The architect and lead to redesign the IAM system, emphasizing the user experience and expansion.
• Directing technical decisions and adopting user -focused solutions.
• Directing team members and enhancing engineering standard methodologies, focusing on use and maintenance.
• Facilitating job cooperation in order to connect the effective and coherent platform.
• Direct the automation and self -service capabilities in IAM, ensuring strong security, compliance and improving the user satisfaction.
• It meets with engineering teams all over Mozilla to understand their needs and concerns about the access management.
• Documenting standard methodologies and design instructions
• Be reliable to solve unclear but urgent tasks

What you will bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years of large -scale IAM experience.
• Installed technical driving experience.
• Experience in Authn, Authz and Access Judjue.
• Deep knowledge of managing the life cycle of identity and reaching judgment.
• He is mastered in Bethon, Java Script.
• Strong experience in GCP and original cloud techniques.
• Excellent communication skills technology compatible with user needs and organizational goals.
