About this team and the role:

As the world of employee data, it supports global processes, you will be a strategic partner in improving the operational efficiency of Mozilla, its effectiveness and size. What will you do:

• The infrastructure development leadership of the founding reports and standards of global operations, and enabling the reliable vision in a timely manner through various OPS Orgs.
• Design frameworks and scale that revolve around surface operational trends and performance operating programs.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools and automation (such as LLMS, GPT -based summary, discover anomalies, and sort the task) to get rid of the manual business chain and improve productivity.
• The initial model and the implementation of automation use cases that drive operational efficiency and compliance, while identifying similar opportunities to save costs throughout the institution
• Determining and implementing the basic operational measures that reflect efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service, and enabling extensive measurement and improving the ongoing process.
• Partner with operations, product teams to determine measurement needs, identify gaps, and implement tracking.
• Standardization of operational scales and information paintings in Lokerer, ensuring self -service access and consistency throughout the organization.
• Stir the radical analysis of the root cause and limit the opportunities for the highest value of value for investing or improving the process.

What you will bring:

• BS or MS in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or analyzes, with a clear work in projects that focus on operations.
• Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools and initial models, especially in the service automation service (LLMS, APIS, NLP, abnormal detection).
• Infintering with operational fields such as Customer Experience (CX) or Trust and Safety (T & S) or AD OPS; The ability to understand standards such as the time of the handle, the speed of tasks, or the completion of SLA without the need for deep.
• Strong efficiency in SQL, experience creating data tubes and information panels using tools like Loker.
• Efficiency in Python or R for modeling, initial models and automation.
• Experience with metric straightening, KPI frameworks, and experiment in operational settings.
• The ability to work through career, communicate with clarity, and set speed priorities for perfection when needed.
