Applications are invited to occupy the post of a postal world in the research group of Dr. Kate McDole at the Labor Laboratory (LMB), as part of a program that aims to form mammal fetus. Specifically, to conduct research to investigate how cells are coordinated to form tissues during the early organic generation stages in the mouse fetus, and how the cell fate can be affected by its physical environment.

We seek enthusiastic individuals to work in a multidisciplinary laboratory with projects that involve:

  • The biological aspects of the development of mammals and the formation of organs/tissues, which are the development and organization of the front/early brain fetus
  • Light endoscopy methods offer more depth in large tissues
  • Development of mathematical methods ranging from image processing to machine learning for analysis, piece, model and measuring time time time collections

You will have a PhD in a project related to the project, or to be due to its completion within 6 months, for example, calculations will require a background or degree in computer science. You will be aware of the processing of images and a light microscope and have a good experience or understanding of early mouse development.

We are looking for a post -doctoral world for the 3 -year job development training authority. This is a training position and a suitable development for you if you have recently completed your doctoral studies, or you are looking forward to moving to a new research specialization and/or you need to increase the development of your research skills.
