What will you do:
• The draft contracts between speakers, the agency and organizations hosting in a sensitive, professional and direct way
• Providing advice to beginners lawyers, sales teams, talent managers/speakers on legal issues and contracting (including issues of interpretation and enforcement of contracts) and find effective solutions
• Determining possible obligations related to commercial practices and policies
• Supporting the continuous improvement of standard models and legal and administrative operations
• Communicate with experience with the owners of the internal interest, including sales agents and talent managers

You have these:
• It was accepted in NY Bar
• From 3 to 5 years of legal expertise/legal affairs, in a company or at home, the media/entertainment experience
Oral and writing communication skills are excellent
• The extreme ability to quickly collect facts and evaluate risk as a basic functional duty
• Distinguished drafting, negotiation, analytical, and defining priorities, organizational skills and advanced skills in defining legal issues
• Attention to training junior lawyers in the basic aspects of the practice of law
• Curious mind, strong work ethics, creative approach, but practical to solve problems
• An optimistic, positive and continuous team player with a meaningless approach at work

Mon -fri, 9 am – 5 pm

Wage rates depend on a number of factors, including the site and may vary according to the qualifications, knowledge, skills and expertise related to the job. Minimum employment scope:
97500 dollars annually

Employment range maximum:
130,000 dollars annually
