Supervisor of the development of Salesforce

summary:

Responsible for managing, allocating and strengthening our Salesforce platform, Salesforce daily management and developing solutions to support commercial operations and strategic initiatives; It also provides the daily driving of the Salesforce Admin team.

Basic functions:

  • Plans, organization, management, development and evaluate the activities of the appointed employees.
  • As an official of the basic system for the Salesforce environments (sales cloud, service cloud, etc.).
  • It runs user settings, roles, personal files, permissions and safety settings.
  • Maintains and boosts information panels, reports, workflow, health verification rules and other basic official functions.
  • It monitors the performance of the system, determines proactively and solves problems.
  • Design and develop custom objects, lightning components, APEX lessons/and Visualforce pages.
  • It creates and maintains API integration with other business systems.
  • Automation of commercial operations using flow, operation buildings and APEX.
  • Participated in the program of code, testing and publishing in the organized Devops process.
  • They cooperate with stakeholders through departments to translate work needs into technical requirements.
  • Provides training and support for final users to ensure the effective use of the platform.
  • It helps in identifying and implementing best practices and judgment.
  • It contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of management service to its customers by submitting suggestions and guiding or participating as an active member of the team.
  • It enhances and supports the comprehensive task of speed by showing polite and cooperative behavior when interacting with clients and employees; It works in a way that enhances a harmonious and effective work environment in the workplace.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a close field; Three (3) years of software development experience; Or an equivalent mix of education, training and experience.

Required knowledge:

  • Principles and practices of software development and implementation.
  • Documents, methods and technologies user instructions.
  • Understand sales, marketing, policies and procedures programs.
  • Principles and practices of team development, stimulation of employees, and management in the team’s environment.
  • Ways to solve programs, questions and interests.
  • Gathering and racing planning tools (for example, Jira).
  • Understand the salesforce data model, safety and automation.
  • Principles and practices of data deportation, system integration, or multiple ORG environments.
  • Computer applications and work systems.
  • Principles and practices of work as an effective member of the project team.
  • Ways to communicate with employees, co -workers and clients to ensure safe, effective and appropriate operations.
  • The correct English, including spelling, rules, and punctuation.

Required skills:

  • Create facades and logic using the top, lightning components, visualforce, soql, REST/Soap.
  • Salsforce applications using tools such as COPADO or Gearset.
  • Using version control systems (for example, GIT) and CI/CD processes.
  • Analysis and documentation of commercial operations, user requirements and outputs such as test results.
  • Supervising and evaluating employees and making relevant recommendations.
  • Prepare the clear and brief program documents, user procedures, correspondence, reports and other written materials.
  • Directing users to use new or improved business applications, including explaining the technical concepts of non -technical users.
  • Systems and issues analysis and develop specifications for new or modified processes to meet the needs of the department.
  • Work as a member of the team and the development and management of project.
  • Contributing effectively to achieving the goals, goals and activities of the business unit.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with a variety of individuals who have been contacted in the context of work.
