In this post:
As a member of the marketing and communications team, the role of great marketing experts in work in cooperation with the agents of the department and universities is to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, which builds the Tru brand and support for employment and exchange of initiatives.
- It contributes to the development of an annual institutional marketing plan and individual customer marketing plans through the recommendation of strategies and tactics that will help in increasing awareness, paying inquiries, or achieving the project goals.
- It remains aware of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media and is prepared to use a variety of digital channels for advertising.
- It creates and maintains relationships with advertising sales representatives (for example online ads, outside the home, radio, television, theater, printing), responsible for buying the media, securing media discounts and providing recommendations on new advertising opportunities.
- It creates and manages working relations with external suppliers (such as printers, photography and video), requests for quotes, selects sellers, defines the project schedules for the project, and supervises quality control and financial accountability related to production.
- Coordination and project leadership, including: customer services; Writing creative summaries; Issuing requests for proposals, and online media and not connected to the Internet; Selection and management of the sellers; Prepaquets use the project management program; Create work schedules based on resources, time, priorities and project range; Maintaining project files; Preparing materials for project meetings; The project budgets.
- It collects data and distillation to create project reports and post -death reports.
- It cooperates with the graphic design team to ensure the commitment to the Tru Brand Trends and the summary is followed.
- It cooperates with the content team to ensure consistency in correspondence through all promotional materials and ads (paid and unpaid); The project summary is supported.
- Reviews and signals on promotional materials and ads before sending final files to sellers and clients.
- It communicates with a high level of professionalism and ingenuity in the Marketing and Communications Department, inside TRU and outside TU as a major representative of sellers, suppliers and students.
education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar education in related fields
expertise:
- Five (5) years of experience related to advertising or corporate work environment with experience in:
- Online and traditional ads
- Buying the media and planning the advertising campaign
- Account supervision
- Project management
- Experience in developing and implementing multi -channel campaigns
- Experience in the use of sellers information panels and marketing analysis reports to measure and improve advertisements
- Experience with the advertisement of social media, the marketing of search engines (SEM), the announcement of pay
- Experience in using the project management program
- Wide knowledge of marketing concepts and best practices
- Planning and management of strong budget
- Project management skills with the ability to plan and coordinate projects on time and in the budget
- Details and date towards the deadline
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong business acumen and skills of dealing with others
- Knowledge experts in media sellers and the purchase of the media
- Knowing the work with content management systems and customer relationship management systems
- Knowing the work from MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of post -secondary education is preferred
- Sitting in the office and computer for long periods of time; Public Office Conditions
- Local travel is required; An accidental presence in marketing events
- The ability to lift weights that exceed 10 kg
The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
