IFCC is located at our Medical Sciences Institute, home to about 350 researchers and support staff (https://www.abdn.ac.uk/ims/facylites/CYTometry/index.php))

IFCC hosts a number of advanced cell measuring techniques that include measuring cell flow (Amnis Imagestream), Benchtop cell cells (BECKMAN COULTOFLEX SRT), Bio-Rad Bioplex, BD Fortusa Thermofisher Attuune).

The facility currently serves more than 40 research groups throughout the university and is available for use by local research institutes and biotechnology companies.

The main research topics and projects that use the facility include medicine, translation renewal, biological sciences including environmental and marine research, the discovery of vital signs, stem cells, cell signals, genetic expression, immunity, treatment, microbes, and bone and organic research.

The salary on the right point will be on the sixth -class salary scale (38,249 pounds sterling – 45,413 pounds annually) or the seventh -grade salary scale (46,735 pounds sterling – 55,755 pounds annually) and can be negotiated with its position according to qualifications and experience.
