The Director of the Family Ministry provides strategic leadership and spiritual supervision of all ministries from birth to high school. This position is responsible for developing Christian concentrated disciples in children, youth and fathers while building a team of employees and volunteers to implement the church’s mission.
This is a major leading role that works cooperatively with pastoral employees and reports directly to the Great Reverend.
Rresponsibiltes.
Development and implementation of the coherent disciples path from birth to high school, rooted in theology and Weslian.
Supervising the employees of the Ministry of Children, Youth and Volunteers.
Partners with parents and care providers to support the formation of faith at home.
Providing weekly programming supervision, including Sunday School, Youth Group, Special Events and Returns.
Ensuring spiritual, emotional and physical safety for all children and students.
Use, training, training and development of volunteers across the age groups.
Cooperation with worship, missions and adult disciples to enhance participation between generations.
Supervising the budgets of the ministry, planning and long -term vision of the Ministry of Family.
Establishing and leading support groups for parents.
Support of local schools management.
Small group students.
The comfortable and accomplished public speakers focused on children, youth and their families.
