Student support manager is responsible for ensuring that students who have learning differences have appropriate academic support. The manager also works as head of the learning skills department. The principal cooperates with the head of the lower school, the head of the lives of middle school students, the head of the life of high school students (known as the leaders of the department), the dean of the college, the dean of academic, the college consultants, the heads of academic departments and faculty members, and the college of learning skills in these responsibilities. The Director of Student Support is presented to the Academic Dean, the head of the Residence Committee and a member of the Academic Affairs Committee, the Student Life Committee and the Administrative Council.

Responsibilities include:

• Work as head of the learning skills department
  • Administration meetings management
  • Providing support to members of the administration, according to their needs, in the fields related to the development of curricula, scientific interests, teaching strategies, collective relationships, student evaluation, and meeting with them on an individual basis to facilitate the work of personal departments and departments
  • Appointment of teaching duties in consultation with the members of the department, the academic dean, and the dean of the college
  • New teachers employment management and new appointments
  • Evaluation of the department members according to the school evaluation process
  • Administration business management, including requesting books, memorizing records, setting coverage, reviewing departments and other duties as necessary
  • Implementing comprehensive, anti -biased, and racist teaching assets
• The Residence Committee, which works on the recommendations of residency in the academic program for students who have learning differences
• It meets regularly with the children’s study team at the lowest school, the head of the lives of middle school students and the head of the lives of high school students to manage academic needs for students with learning differences
• In cases where the school is recommended in cases that the school measures, or when parents bring the evaluation results to the department leader:
  • Work as a point for the school by communicating with parents, students, residents, teachers, teachers and leaders of the department
  • Work as a supplier to parents and submit recommendations to families to external doctors; Participate in family meetings to prepare for evaluation, or after evaluation, to review the results and discuss the following steps (for example, teachers, consulting, additional test)
• Establishing and implementing, in consultation with the leaders of division and the office of academic life, and the appropriate programming for the division and training of teachers in teaching students with learning profiles
• Creating students learning and preserving students on the school’s internal information system
• Communication by necessity with the Ministry of Education and attending IESP meetings
• Ensure that the final exam arrangements for students who suffer from accommodations are accurate and appropriate
• Supervising the unified tests in the third chapters VIII; Review the results and take measures according to the necessity in cooperation with the leaders of the department and the academic dean
• Work as a services coordinator for students with disabilities in the college’s board of directors and the establishment of a law
• Coordination with teachers and residents recommended by the school in conjunction with the leaders of the department
• Support the head of the lower school in the continuous development of the curricula of the lower school language arts
• Organizing and facilitating speech tests and the lower language
• Teaching one department in the learning skills section

Ideal will:

• He holds an advanced degree in the field of the topic or a related field
• You have six years of relevant experience
