It brings the role of the head of innovation and institutions between strategic leadership and operational control through the “Health, Technology and Science” Foundation, innovation and commercial activity. It will lead innovation, external participation, income generation and diversify diversification initiatives, while strengthening partnerships and supporting the strategic goals of the college related to institutions and innovation.

It will lead to developing and implementing knowledge exchange activities, including institutions and innovation developments, external partnership cultivation, support for bidding and consulting efforts, and contributing to the growth of commercial income for grants. The role requires cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to align the requirements with academic strengths.

You will have a doctorate qualification or show a strong record in developing and developing institutions and delivery, and you have experience in working in an academic environment and business participation and analysis of politics. The experience of working outside the academic environments in the public and/or private sectors is desirable. Communication, leadership and excellent project management skills are necessary, as well as the ability to build strategic partnerships and respond to changing priorities.
