Work duties:

The first assistant director of athletics, revenue generation and strategic progress runs the progress of Bucknell athletics and entertainment, and to pay revenue efforts and participation with graduates, parents and friends. This gives priority to sports convergence groups to increase the presentation of Bison Club, the main gifts and facility improvements. It is the main contact between the main coaches and gift staff for university progress (UA), supervises one of the herd that gives one of the challenges one day, and they work as a main link with the box office on the campus and Wefield. All athletics employees are expected to contribute to the commitment of Bucknell to diversity and integration.

• Reports to Vice President/Athletics Director

Preparation of work/schedule:

• In the first place on the campus
• You should be able to travel as necessary to share donors and collect donations
• It requires the availability of the night and the weekend

What will you do:

• Strategic driving for donations and campaigns development (25 %)
  • It develops a comprehensive strategy and directs donation collection initiatives in the department and located in the campaign in cooperation with athletics and UA leadership to build positive relationships with graduates, parents, friends and continuous support. Partners with the marketing, strategy and communication team with UA on donor communications, including the Ministry’s One Herd campaign.
• Main gift portfolio management (25 %)
  • It runs a $ 100,000 wallet+ donors and athletics.
• Supervising the annual giving club (20 %)
  • Besson club strategic plans for five. Partners with the Sports Marketing and Digital Communications Team on donor communications, including the correspondence of the main coach.
• A major strategy for donors and pioneers (15 %)
  • As basic contact with UA gift officers on major prospects interested in supporting athletics. It cooperates with officers of developing agricultural and supervision strategies that include key trainers and sports students.
• Institutional leadership and sharing via acknowledgment (10 %)
  • He works in the Sports Manager, athletics staff, and the UA strategic charitable team, and attends all meetings. He attends meetings with the high leadership. It meets with the chosen sports officials and the main coaches, as well as the management of Learfield MMR offers. It works in other campus committees throughout the year.
• Donors share and make events (5 %)
  • Participates in selected events on the campus and on the way for Buckless graduates, parents and friends. He attends home basketball games, football games, post -season games, and home competitions for many Olympic sports competitions.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least six years of gradually responsible experience in group athletics, professional sport, or a relevant industry with clear success in revenue generation roles
• Experience with decision -making decisions and data -based digital participation (for example, CRM systems, analyzes, digital marketing platforms)
• An innovative mentality with the ability to determine and benefit from new revenue opportunities
• Medium skills in Microsoft Office Suite (word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Knowing the rules and systems NCAA
• A valid American driver’s license/examination of the required cars upon employment

It is preferable, but not required

• Master’s degree, and 8 years of experience
• Collect successful donations at the NCAA Division I level
• Experience in working with third -party sellers, multimedia rights holders, or external consultants

88,000.00-110,000.00

The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate accreditation data compared to the qualifications of the situation, internal shares, and the philosophy of comprehensive compensation.

This role is not included in the budget for visa care at this time, all candidates should be allowed to work in the United States at the time of submitting the application.
