CAA seeks to support an agent in our brand partnership department, based in Nashville. Caa Music Brand Partnerships is a dedicated team of music and marketing experts who work in all kinds. The department is developing strategic campaigns and successful partnerships between agents of musicians and brands that extend to the world. The ideal candidate must have an interest in working in advertising spaces, markets and/or promotional events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with an innovative mentality and entrepreneurship, and has a clear vision, which is also excited about how to integrate with musicians with brands that go beyond the experience of the direct party. The ideal candidate is very organized, has exceptional interest in detail, and wants to indulge in the industry, and is able to communicate with customers, agents and executives while maintaining a high level of discretionary authority.

Responsibilities
• Providing direct administrative support, including: heavy cabinet/calendar maintenance, travel booking, managing call records, preparing expenses reports, producing correspondence, and working on special projects as needed
• Expect the needs of the executive authority; Providing support and resources in a proactive to ensure success
• Communicate directly with brands, brand agencies, customers, managers, registration stickers and promoters
• Implementing all deliveries and main elements and following them
• track all the contracts, offers, talent ideas and deposits surrounding the previous, potential and future partnership
• Formulating and organizing creative materials for artists and events, including papers and floors that can be used in stadiums and sales process; And maintaining the organization and updating of these promotional materials
• Various projects and tasks as needed
• Maintaining practical knowledge of the music industry and best practices

Qualifications
• 1+ years of providing administrative support in a quick environment and preferably in the music industry; The brand partnership experience is plus
• Creative to maintain the organization and ligament, with the expectation of needs in high -pressure situations with a rapidly changing priority
• Personal, verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a high level of appreciation and confidentiality
• Strong follow -up and attention to details
• Excellent word, Excel, PowerPoint, and expectations skills; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• The service directed with a strong desire to participate in helping team members
Excellent judgment regarding the representation of CAA for buyers, business world, etc.
• Bachelor/Bachelor from an accredited university or a favorite college

compensation

The average clock for this position is in the range of 20.00-22.00 dollars. This position is also qualified to obtain the advantages and reward. In the end, wages may vary based on relevant experience, to name a few, the time in the role, the business sector, and the geographical location, among other criteria.
