SwissTronik builds a infrastructure from the next generation of Blockchain focusing on ZK-PRIVACY, unified governance, and bodily judicial operation (United Arab Emirates-Soytra-European Union). Our stack combines EVM compatibility, zero encryption, and compliance solutions to maintain privacy (KYC/AML) to enable safe decentralized and organizational applications.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced team to lead the technical vision of SwissTronik, architecture and team. The team’s leadership will be responsible for expanding the Blockchain Core scope, leading the implementation of the first privacy solutions, and ensuring successful integration with financial bars and regulatory frameworks.

Main responsibilities

It has the technical strategy and architecture of the Swissronik Protocol and the ecosystem.

Evm Blockchain’s infrastructure development leadership with an integrated zero knowledge layers.

Supervision of security, encryption and main management (ZK-SNARKS/ZK-Starks, Circles, Auditing).

Management and expansion of a distributed engineering team

Pushing the production of research and development to ready versions of production.

Smooth integration guarantee with payment bars, kyc/AML systems, and SDKS/APIS partner.

As the technical face of the project in discussions with investors, partners and organizers.

requirements

A busy record as a team leader, head of a protocol, a main engineer, or a similar leading role in companies that focus on encryption or focus on encryption.

Deep experience in Blockchain (EVM, Cosmos SDK, substrate, or similar).

Strong knowledge of encryption zero knowledge (CIRCOM, HALO2, ZK-SNARKS/Starks).

Experience with the development of smart contracts (hardness) and the integrity of the ecosystem.

A strong understanding of organizational compliance (KYC/AML) in Fintech or Blockchain contexts.

Excellent leadership leadership and management skills.

The English language is fluent (spoken and writing) – you should be able to communicate with confidence.
