How to contribute

When submitting reports to technical progress, it will be included in one of our multidisciplinary products teams and will be:

• Implement new features and publish them using our continuous delivery approach

• Contribute to seeing our product

• Work in a multi -functional team from the product manager, product designer and developers (we use a mixture of operations that operate in the SCRUM, Kanban and Pair Programing program)

• Be participating at the end of the final course to build our products

• The hero quality code while being practical

• Working in a comprehensive, cooperative, transparent, non -hierarchical and ego culture, where your talent is estimated at your job address

It will work with a variety of new and interesting technology:

We mainly use the following tools and technology, but you don’t need to experience all of them. Many of us did not do when we joined! Our focus is always on finding the right technology for this job, if you are ready to learn, we are interested in talking to you.

• Clojure To write our background microscopy (please apply if you have experience with any functional programming language)

• Reaction and Redux For our mobile applications

• Cafka For a list of waiting for our simultaneous messages

• AWS Our infrastructure

• Port To run our services

• Terraform To provide and publish our infrastructure

We regularly contribute to open source libraries and encourage our developers to propose a new technology that can add value to a bank building.

About you

Although it is not necessary, the following experience and qualifications are very desirable in our perfect candidate for this position:

• You have previous experience with or enthusiasty for functional programming

• I have worked in a multi -functional, graceful team

• You want to be part of a team that pairing the programming and the paid development test

• You have experience working with microscopic services

• You want to work in a team that focuses on the product that thinks about customers and user behavior and builds great experiences for them

• You have experience in spreading cloud -based infrastructure like AWS or the like

• You want to connect a product using the principles paid to the hypothesis

• You want to develop with the first design principles of the mobile phone and build Android and iOS applications via platforms with React NATIVE

• You want to be part of building a comprehensive and varied culture in which everyone can succeed.

About our process

We understand that efficiency is contextual, so throughout the process, we aim to understand your experience, and if you succeed, to provide you with the role of the seniority shown. Our general interview is as follows, but if your circumstances or time domains require, we can be flexible with its structure:

• A 30 -minute meeting with a specialist to obtain our talent via Google

• Live coding exercise for an hour to work by challenging coding with our members of our development team through Google Hangouts

• 1 hour system design. This is an opportunity to display a system that I worked in in the past via Google Hangouts

• A 30 -minute opportunity to meet the President of Engineering and Executive Managers via Google
