Application Advisor (AC) is the key to the success of the Topodot user community around the world. AC combines the experience of the Topodot product and the knowledge of the spatial geographical industry to determine and implement the optimal process solution for each customer. In support of the account acquisition, AC is necessary to communicate and show the success of the Topodot value successfully to calculate prospects. In support of the development of the account, AC will work with users Topodot to understand the operational models, businesses, goals and challenges. Interior Topodot that contributes to meeting TSO goals and operational goals on the company’s scale.

General training and support
• Monitor and provide a response on the same day to continuous support requests
• Evaluating support requirements and solving immediate problem
• When necessary, the schedule and the implementation of the online training program to solve the problem
• Update and maintenance of documents with Zendesk
• Reporting business development of any product sales products or training
Consultation services for the account
• Coordination with business development to align the goals of individual consulting with the opportunities to acquire the corresponding account-the goals.
• Call on the account of obtaining the account and training on the evaluation of the schedule
• Implementing the experimental training program, documents and report on the progress made
• Coordination near business development
• Follow up with the training program on board the plane
Account development consulting services
• Coordination with business development to determine the unique consulting goals of the account
• Delivery of the Topodot solution suggestion in the context of goals
• Development of the Topodot Product Implementation Plan is designed to achieve goals
• Determining sales opportunities in the context of the plan
• Implement the goals of the Topodot account from a distance or on the site
• Coordination with business development to continue the chances of integrating the Topodot process
Consulting Services Initiative
• Determining, documenting and exchanging intelligence with regard to the opportunities to develop products with the PD group
• Providing technical advisory support for development initiatives
• Evaluating and testing Topodot products as required
• Supporting the development and maintenance of all aspects of educational curricula
general
• It works effectively in a multi -task environment
• Determining task priorities, applying for documents and submitting a report to task owners
• Maintaining the detailed schedule and calendar according to the facility TSO protocols
• Follow -up to continuous technical development in the context of Topodot products and relevant technology
Traveling to support promotional and topical training initiatives on the site
