Responsibilities:
• It is expected that there will be a high level of confidentiality and discretionary power regarding all meetings, phone calls and documents.
• The primary role is to provide support to the honorable product and the director who provides them with meals throughout the offer weeks and car rides to the home from the studio.
• Coordination and control of calls with other departments to supervise the product and the director.
• Answer all calls to the honorable product and take messages and notes when necessary.
• Help organize the textual programs of the honorable product and director on Wednesday to read through.
• Keep the record of when the members of the team will be in the TV manifestations within weeks of the show.
Coordination of offices needs for the product and the director, such as requesting office supplies, furniture, etc.
• Other responsibilities, as appointed.

Qualifications

Basic requirements:
• Experience a former executive on television or features (preferably in a studio or network) that supports senior executives.
• At least general experience using Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• It is expected to submit a report to the work site in their season, as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prepare for additional work and be flexible with hours.
• You should be ready to work in New York, New York.
• You must have an unrestricted business license to work in the United States.

• The salary range of an hour: $ 17.50 – 20.00 dollars
• This position is paid a weekly price based on a 60 -hours -week model schedule. More than 37.5 hours/week will be paid at the additional work rate. In case of work more than 60 hours expected/week, additional additional compensation will be paid as required under the law.
