About the role
The group of groups under bills is responsible for collecting payments from workplaces (for example, healthcare facilities). The role will require multi -functional cooperation with bills, sales, customer support, and other teams to achieve the required goals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to determine the debt due
- Review the previous data for each debt or bill
- Communication and email calls are the benefits of the payment, officials, and others, as needed to ask about their late payments and the upcoming dues
- Determine the root cause of non -payment
- Solve the fears of bills
- Report on the update of groups and accounts arrest
- Communicate with the sales department to maintain accurate and updated information about the customer’s contract and other information
- Maintaining call records and registering any payment updates from the customer
- Get new tasks in the workplace to start contacting the customer to prepare the relationship for success, including just providing yourself and collecting the correct information
- Determine the important accounts and agreed upon the managers as needed for appropriate escalation measures
- Building relationships with workplaces (correctly specify expectations about our billing policy, explain the terms of the net, conflicts, etc.)
- Build smart movement plans for hint accounts
- It aims to obtain a 95 % collection rate on a quarterly basis
Requirements and skills:
- Vocational communication and clear (verbal and book)

- Public professional hygiene (for example, always on time, tracking obligations, etc.)
