Role

As director of the tax participation of expatriates, it will be the first point of communication for potential customers, and directing them through the nuances of American tax compliance with confidence, clarity and professional competence. You will conduct live consultations with expatriate threads, determine their needs, and determine the appropriate services to support them. Your role embodies the front participation and technical expertise, which helps customers take the first step in their bright tax journey.

What we are looking for

• CPA is licensed or EA with a deep leadership of the United States tax
• A confident communication that thrives in a default preparation facing the customer
• A person can translate the complexity into clarity for potential customers
• A subjective beginning with strong judgment, emotional intelligence and integrity
• A cooperative partner enjoys working with marketing and delivery teams to create exceptional results

Main responsibilities

• Daily videos via Google Meet or Phone
• Transferring expected customers to active customers (60 %+ winning rate)
• Domain services accurately and communicate clear expectations for customers
• Maintain CRM records clean and updated (Hubspot)
• Cooperation with the delivery team to ensure the transfers of the smooth customer
• Contributing time during a period other than its season for preparatory tax or review, to stay sharp and deepen technical credibility

It is necessary to be lost

• Active CPA or EA license
• 3 years of experience in expatriate tax in the United States
• Strong technology leadership for models 1040, 2555, 1116, FBAR, 5471
• Experience in consulting the customer from the remoteness and the process of sharing high confidence
• Flution in the tools based on the gymnastics group (Hubspot, Google Working Posk, etc.)
