About the role
Postolder will lead the ADHOC experience and a study of pride at all stages, the application of the principles of research and protocols, planning, studying activities, and conducting experimental research. They will oversee specific research tasks, develop new technologies, and generate original contributions to the program while strengthening the environment of a cooperative team. The main responsibilities include data collection, analysis and database management; Preparing research results for conferences and magazines reviewed by the peer and reports; And conduct literature reviews to direct the development of the study. The role includes overseeing research and students employees, supporting grant applications, ensuring commitment to good clinical practice, data protection, and health and safety standards. Postolder will also communicate with the institutional team management teams, maintain professional development and contribute to a positive and fruitful research environment.

About you
Postolder will have a PhD (or equivalent experience) in a related field, with strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including specific interviews, data analysis using specialized programs, and questionnaire management. Experience in respiratory physiology, air pollution research, and NHS research that includes various groups and primary school children are necessary. They will have experience in leading and managing research teams, supervising employees, coordinating data collection in schools, maintaining accurate records and data groups. Skills in project management, reports writing, data interpretation, publishing through publications and conferences, along with Microsoft Office and RedCAP. The candidate will be self -organized, cooperative, able to work flexibly through multiple projects, and is committed to confidentiality, accuracy and high research standards.
