summary

Providing reports to the Director of Information Technology, Director of Information Security is responsible for implementing and preserving information security program for information. This role combines the system of information security and engineering expertise of the system and provides support for the escalation of the Information Technology Assistance Office team.

Main responsibilities

Security and compliance governance

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and systems through regular audits and reports of Microsoft 365 security configurations.
• Facilitate the meetings of the Information Security Committee, and prepare notes and reports.
• The company’s leadership to obtain a social 2 certificate by developing and updating security policies, procedures and standards, and leading their implementation.

Microsoft 365 safety management

• Microsoft 365 composition and management, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for identity and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Implementation and application of ID management control and access, including multi -factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies.

Discovering threats and responding to accidents

• Cooperation with security sellers (for example, Crowdstrike) to improve systems and enhance the capabilities of detecting threats and response capabilities.
• Responding efforts to leading accidents, conducting forensic analysis, and preparing post -cases reports to ensure continuous improvement.

User awareness and training

• Participate with the training team to develop and provide security awareness programs, and to enhance best practices in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Cooperation and support information technology

• Work closely with internal information technology staff and safety teams abroad to integrate Microsoft 365 and other security measures in the broader organizational security strategy.
• It is a technical escalation point for the Information Technology Assistance Office team, which provides support after working hours when necessary.
• Monitor system patching, backup copies and continuity operations, ensuring optimal and reliability performance.

Technology and Project Management

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex technology projects.
• Determine the trends of problems, recommendation solutions, and emerging research techniques.
• Recommendation and support for hardware/software solutions, including HP servers, business stations, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.

Technical requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT technology, computer science, relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a safety specialist in Microsoft 365 or a similar role has been proven.
• In -depth knowledge with Microsoft 365 safety features, tools, and management.
• Experience with the detection of threats, accident response, and security compliance frameworks.
• A strong understanding of the principles of identity management and access.
• Related certificates such as Microsoft SC-900 or equivalent.
• Experiment to preparing policies and evidence for SOC 2 and ISO certificates.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, VMWARE, Windows Server, Crowdstrike and relevant safety tools.
• Knowledge of solid devices, including supporting HP servers, workstars, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
