LCV’s organizational driving program is designed to train and raise the leadership of emerging organizers, especially in color societies that are not affected by environmental injustice. the Leadership Director This leading initiative, responsible for employment, facilitation, training and growth of organized driving development programs at the highest level. They will be responsible for building and strengthening a pipeline from gifted community organizers, supporting the development of the leaders of the front lines, and developing the training program in a wider portfolio for young leaders through the movement of voters in preserving climate justice movements.

This position is ideal for the experienced, facilitated and teacher coach with a background in organizing society and a passion for developing leadership, designing curricula, data systems and evaluating the program.

This position was classified as “”Regular remote work“It means that the situation is not appointed to an office and can work full time.

This function works in a professional environment or a home office, and is routinely used as standard desktop equipment, including, but not limited to, computers, phones, photos and visual auditory systems. This position is largely stable, often stands or sits for long periods. The person in this position communicates frequently with the internal and external stakeholders using electronic platforms.

In addition, this task works on locations outside the site. It requires a reliable transfer, a valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance to the location of this situation, which will be verified during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, implementation and evaluation of organizational leadership development programs, including the National Leadership Development Program for Emerging Community Organizers, and the deduction of ethnic and environmental justice.
  • Support all aspects of organizing driving development spaces, including employees ’employment, application examination, training, training, training, external management, data/reporting.
  • Facilitating attractive and participatory exercises that develop the skills of organizers in building al -Qaeda, leadership development, campaign strategy, and civil participation.

Qualifications:
