Opportunity
The University of Manchester Metropolitan seeks a leading company in the position of deputy arts and culture in support of the center-a strategic, visual and high-impact role that will put the university as a recognized leader in arts, culture and creativity.

With an exceptional heritage in arts and culture, a vibrant creative society, and world -famous origins including the Manchester Arts School, Poetry Library, the Museum of Special Collection and North Western Films Archive, Manchester is dead in a unique position to form and amplify the cultural life of the city and its global relations.

We are now looking for a distinguished individual to lead a strategy to develop the arts and culture at the university level that is in line with our way until 2030, and to include arts and culture through our educational agendas, research and participation. This is a unique opportunity to formulate and link a coherent and ambitious vision – those that drive inclusion, innovation and international reputation.

Its headquarters in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, one of the largest of its kind in the United Kingdom, will work institutionally to raise the level of our cultural file and cancel the full capabilities of our students, our employees, partnerships and creative infrastructure. From the outside, it will act as a great ambassador, as it represents influential relationships with cultural organizations, creative industries, financiers, civil bodies, and ensuring mutual benefit and long -term value.

It will bring a strong record for strategic delivery, external participation and comprehensive leadership, as well as a deep commitment to the transformational authority of culture in higher education and society.
