Summary of the situation: priest, worship. Cross Road is looking for a passion for skilled Christ to lead collective worship in the prosperous church environment. This person will be responsible for defending the culture of worship at the church level that honors God, inspires the church family, and the development of a prosperous worship team. The sponsor of worship will lead themselves with spiritual discipline, lead the worship team with excellence, and leads the church in transformational worship experiences. They will embody our vision of access, education, living and love – like Jesus.

Responsibilities: It works directly as the audio team, praise band, the technology team and all others associated with worship experiments in Cross Road. Supervising the employment and development of singers, musicians, voice and lighting staff, as well as technicians for broadcasting. Worship experiments, including scheduling, choosing songs, rehearsals, and implementing the actual worship experience. Enhance the culture of the Excellence and Unity Team and lead the cardiac server. Encouraging and guides the leaders of worship emerging inside the church. We were divided into worship is the leader of worship on the stage in the gatherings of worship and cooperates with all employees to ensure high -fat worship experiences in all areas of the ministry.

Work with the Great Reverend, and supervise all the details of worship, including the company’s services, prayer services, baptism, and funerals. The student support staff, the main leaders, and volunteers in the Ministry of Worship.
