In this post:
As head of the Companies Services Department, you will submit a direct report to the CEO and will be a member of the organization’s high leadership team. It will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, effective and compatible performance by providing proposals for the agency’s strategic planning and translating the organization’s mission and medium and long -term strategy to integrated administrative support, allowing the delivery of its operational goals.
You will be responsible for overseeing the human resources of the agency, financing, purchases and contracting, information and communications technology of companies, and public services while considering the areas and trends of the expected major technology, for example, digitization. In this role, you will form and lead the development of corporate services, while ensuring that they are modern, effective and quick to respond, and are compatible with the future needs of the organization.
As a great and experienced leader, you will inspire and develop teams, enhance innovation and continuous improvement, and enhance the culture of cooperation, accountability and excellence throughout the department. The organization will also be externally in matters in your jurisdiction, ensuring constructive relations with stakeholders, governance bodies, and institutional partners.
