Your new role

This is a high -level leadership role in reporting directly to the deputy advisor and CEO. As the chief financing staff, you will have the Financial Westofer Function:

• Leadership and delivery of the financial strategy in line with the university’s priorities
• Supervising financial operations, planning and business intelligence, and improving performance
• Leadership of revenue -generating initiatives, investment activity, and external partnerships to enhance the status of the Falas and Financial Sustainability Market
• Update financial systems and controls to enhance transparency and light movement
• Forming the future operating model for financing function, innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement culture
• Providing a strategic vision and partnership for senior leaders throughout the university, and encouraging thinking about entrepreneurship

What you will need to achieve success

You will be a professional qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with:

• Great experience in financial leadership within large and complex organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence the executive level
• The ability to lead transformation, modernization and change management has been proven
• Excellent, analytical and personal communication skills
• Cooperative leadership method and commitment to developing talent, diversity and sustainability

You will be adaptive, thinking forward, and passionate about harmonizing the financial strategy with the institutional mission and values
