The Department of Physics at the University of Lancaster invites requests to obtain a large post -doctoral colleaguerammemories.

By exploiting the unusual displacement of GASB, INSB, ALSB, and the resonance tunnel phenomenon, we have shown low -voltage storage memories with a switching energy for each area less than 1000X of flash and 100x less than DRAM.

In the wake of the display of single bit and small digital sects, we are now expanding the research program to include the investigation of the symptoms to use them as elements in the (nervous) computing group for “double and accumulating” operations (MAC) in edge applications.

This current publication is announced in the context of an external funding project in cooperation with industrial partners as part of the feasibility study. Thus, it is provided for a limited time of six (6) months, with the possibility of more extension if it becomes additional funding available.

The collection has access to artistic artistic growth facilities for artistic arts, a clean room fully equipped to process devices and a dedicated group specifically designed for electrical descriptions.

It is expected to contribute significantly to the design of the device and modeling, developing the flow of the process and its device, manufacturing a small personality and testing it. In addition to a doctorate degree in semiconductor physics, it is a great experience in processing and research of electronic devices for complex vehicles necessary, due to the limited period of the funded project.
