We are working primarily with other advanced startups (Parloa, Orbem, Forto, Vimcar …) and helping them to move forward. Therefore, you will not only work with the Tekkr Kicker team, but you will also get a real exposure to amazing customers and cooperate with their technical leadership in some of the most exciting challenges.

We have built a preliminary software product based on Node.js, React, Mongodb, Shadcn and modern AI-Tooling (for example, Ragfuse, …). We use this product to operate real connections and projects for customers to deeply explore customer problems. Our goal: building something that people want! We learn quickly, repeat very quickly and need to help you to become faster! Let’s build this company together!

Tasks

As a founding engineer, it will help forming the company’s culture, product and vision.

You will be responsible for building our products from A to Z.

You are enthusiastic about the opportunity to enter early in the start -up starting to the customer and in a unique way. Since we are at an early stage, you will wear many hats: discover the best way to take advantage of the latest technology including LLMS, architecture, design and software, repetition and repetition 🙂

• Full -stack Development Skills, perfectly in Tekkr: Node, React, Mongodb
• Basic design skills: Create simple but effective designs and implement them using our SADCN systems (Shadcn)
• Hunger and car to learn, build quickly and work closely with a coherent team on a mission to help technology teams achieve their potential
• Some experience in entrepreneurship, for example, independently, operate your website, after your own solutions were built with real users, who lead a kind of community at the university, …

• Take-Home Project (2-3 hours)-Evaluating your technical skills and problem solving approach through a real project based
• Project review (one hour) – see your project with Tekkr Tech Team (Engineering and Product)
