We are looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic Senior DevOps/Security Engineer to join our established engineering team. This isn’t just another DevOps role. You will be the architect of the flexible, scalable and secure foundation upon which the entire autonomous marketing platform is built. As our first DevOps/Security hire, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring our platform can deliver on its promise of making great marketing easy.

Your influence:

• Building the Foundation: Design and implement world-class, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (Terraform and CloudFormation). This is the basis for amplifying the brilliance of thousands of companies.

• Automate Everything: Develop and manage cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines to ensure our AI models and applications are deployed quickly, reliably, and securely.

• Hardening the platform: Implementing a comprehensive, proactive security program from the ground up. You will be the custodian of our customers’ data and the integrity of our platform, ensuring compliance with standards such as SOC2 and GDPR.

• Enable superior growth: Design our systems for massive scalability and performance, ensuring we can seamlessly onboard thousands of new customers while maintaining a flawless user experience.

• Lead intelligence-driven operations: Create robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems that provide deep insights into system health and performance, allowing for proactive improvement and problem resolution.
