A great new feature is now available that provides more information about your subscribers with every email send and monthly information report:

Geographical data on participation statistics.

Not only were they limited to numbers, but the team went further and added a mapping feature for visual representation.

A new way to look at your subscriber behaviors, with maps and corresponding data showing where your audience is when they open or click on your emails. Get a global overview by looking at countries, or zoom in to specific regions and/or cities.

Working with this information can provide ideas for site-specific content, or thinking more broadly about the time zones of different countries, what times of day seem best to send your emails.

The geodata and mapping feature is available for all email campaigns sent after October 1, 2020 and any monthly insights reports for October 2020 and later. After tinkering with this feature in the first few weeks, the development team is looking at how and where to expand its capabilities to other areas of the app.
