About the role
In this role you will revolutionize how HubSpotters get help within the company and help teams across the organization improve their help processes. You will help configure and maintain our ServiceNow environment, and will work alongside ServiceNow Engineering and BSAs. This role falls within our System Operations team, which includes system engineers and administrators responsible for HubSpot’s IT server and application infrastructure.

What you need to do:

1. Operational support
   Support the platform to ensure the stability, scalability, integrity and efficient operation of the platform.
   Implement upgrades, install patches/fixes, and investigate and resolve incidents
   Work closely with different teams across HubSpot to leverage ServiceNow
2. Solution development and delivery
   Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, etc.) to match requirements with platform capabilities.
   Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and story creation, through to solution development and testing.
   Develop innovative solutions that achieve high-value business outcomes.

requirements

• Over 3 years of general development experience.
• Over 1 year of proven experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations and best practices.
• Experience with written REST API or web services
• Ability to create or modify scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or other languages ​​as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
• English: sufficient to pass the technical interview.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certification(s).
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform products required (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM,
  GRC, Security Operations, CSM, scoped/custom applications
