Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. You will have an exciting opportunity to shape innovative designs across our clients’ projects, elevate Morningside’s brand presence, and enhance our founders’ personal brand. Your creative vision and execution will play a pivotal role in how we connect, connect and inspire across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visualize and create exceptional designs for our products and software applications.

• Design attractive user-centric interfaces (UI/UX) for web and mobile applications.

• Develop brand assets, visual identities and collateral to elevate the Morningside brand and our founders’ personal brands.

• Collaborate closely with clients to translate their vision into impactful designs.

• Ensure consistency, creativity and excellence in all digital and commercial materials.

What to bring:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a digital, brand or product design capacity.

• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Proven experience creating compelling digital designs, brand assets, and UI/UX.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

• An impressive collection showcasing diverse, high-quality design work.

• A strong aesthetic sense combined with exceptional attention to detail.
