Remote insurance customer support assistant

What You’ll Do 27% As an Insurance Customer Support Associate, you will work directly with third-party brokers to establish rapport/connection and build trust in our healthcare insurance. This is a business-savvy individual with strong customer service experience. You will be primarily responsible for educating, supporting and updating our brokers throughout the entire lifecycle. During a typical day, you will identify and correct any complex broker, group or member issues regarding insurance benefits, claims processes, enrollment and billing processes for all lines of business. Work directly with third party brokers to establish a relationship/connection and build trust in our healthcare insurance. Providing concierge-level support to brokers, who serve as a primary acquisition channel, selling our products in our markets. What you bring to the role One or more years of customer service experience High School Diploma or equivalent Recognizing and resolving moderate to high-level customer service issues Computer experience High-speed Internet (>15 Mbps) While we recommend a wired USB headset, if you already have a headset, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headphones) Smartphone or other device that works iOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily login What you can expect Supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and a community-oriented organization where giving back is encouraged. Base pay starts at $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities and we have a health benefits package based on your position that can include PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health and wellness incentives.
