a description:
The London office is always looking for highly motivated and organized Assistants to join our Music Touring Department. Our Associates will work across the department to support music agents with a diverse list of clients.

Key tasks and responsibilities
• Enter and maintain all schedules with attention to detail
• Answer calls on behalf of the agent
• Coordinate meetings and update artist schedules
• Organizing sponsorship certificates for artists in the UK and entry visas to all parts of the world when needed
• Producing contracts for reserved offers
• Keep an account of all funds in offers and chase deposits/payments when needed
• Collect ticket sales information and pass it on to relevant parties
• Supervising artistic works and tourism advertisements
• Develop relationships with managers/artists/venues/promoters

Qualifications/Requirements
• Assistant experience in a similar agency preferred
• Strong understanding of the music industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload
• Good attention to detail
