Ciklum is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, be part of the cross-functional development team engineering experiments for the future. We will work together on the project focused on developing cybersecurity and data protection solutions designed to identify risks, patch vulnerabilities, and enhance customers’ infrastructure through advanced data collection and visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own the quality of new features from requirements to delivery across product and technology domains
• Write, maintain and deliver detailed test plans
• Design and implement reliable, efficient and comprehensive manual test cases
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure smooth releases
• Investigate, document and report problems with clear steps to reproduce them
• Communicate effectively with internal platform teams to accelerate feedback loops and ensure clarity in requirements

requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in manual QA and software testing
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end testing of large-scale back-end or full-stack projects
• Proven ability to create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Experience working with Linux-based systems
• Familiarity with technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ and other big data platforms (ability to validate data flows and system behaviors)
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
