About the job

The Video and Digital Design Specialist supports our company-wide brand strategy, advertising and integrated marketing communications. This role is directly responsible for developing and implementing high-quality video content with strong editing, advanced motion graphics, design skills, and optimized content for social media platforms and supporting the ongoing maintenance of the company’s brand center, digital asset management system, and self-service marketing and advertising system. Additionally, this position will work with internal and external creative/content teams and channel strategists to produce targeted campaigns that can include traditional and non-traditional advertising.

Must have a 4-year relevant degree and 4-7 years of experience in communications and/or web management. In lieu of a degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.
Must possess comprehensive knowledge of video editing, digital design, graphic arts techniques, technical design and layout; Proven experience using advanced graphic design hardware and software.
