We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will manage shipping schedules, warehouse operations, transportation, and documentation to ensure smooth and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing and distribution.

Planning and monitoring import and export activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE customs and documentation requirements.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues promptly.

Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, operations manager, etc.).

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse and transportation operations.

Evaluate logistics performance and implement process improvements to achieve efficiency and reduce costs.

Supervising and training logistics staff; Coordination with purchasing and sales teams.
