We are looking for Lead Engineer at Salesforce B2B To join our global team of over 6,000 professionals in over 60 offices around the world.

The ideal candidate’s skills include:
- Experienced in strong low code skills in Salesforce B2B commerce and flow
- Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript languages
- Set up and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce
- Automate processes using low-code tools (flow)
- Knowledge of headless architecture principles and B2B business APIs
- Familiar with source-driven development (release, CI/CD…)
- Ability to improve user stories in partnership with the Library of Alexandria
- Ability to create and maintain backlogs in Jira
- Ability to create and maintain technical and business documentation
- Apex programming skills would be nice but not essential
- It would be good to have MuleSoft knowledge
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments
- English level is above intermediate
- Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- A strong desire to learn more about business every day
The role
your Lead Engineer at Salesforce B2BYou will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining scalable B2B commerce environments compliant with headless API principles. You will drive business process automation using low-code tools such as Salesforce Flow, guide technical decisions, and mentor other Salesforce engineers while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce B2B commerce environments.
- Design and implement business process automation using low-code tools such as Salesforce Flow.
- Ensure a scalable and maintainable B2B architecture, aligned with headless API principles.
- Collaborate with business analysts to improve user stories, estimate effort, and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Manage and maintain technical backlog in Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and rapid planning.
- Develop and maintain technical and business documentation to support solution transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee source-based development processes (version control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies).
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to other Salesforce engineers and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce practices, performance and governance across the B2B commerce ecosystem.
