Your mission

As our Senior Social Media Specialist, you’ll take the lead Strategy, content and community Across all major platforms – Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.

You will collaborate closely with our creative team (designer, video editor, photographer) and coordinate their work to ensure each post supports the HyroTrader brand and goals.

What will you do?

• Development and implementation Social media strategy focuses on growth, engagement, and sales.
• Management and leadership Content creation process – from ideas to publication.
• Collaborate with the creative team (Designers, Editors, Videographers) to deliver high-impact images and videos.
• Engage with the business community On Discord and Telegram to build trust and brand loyalty.
• Identify influencers and collaborate with them and business figures for partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics Continuously improving strategies to increase conversion and community growth.

Who are we looking for?

• More than 3 years of experience Social media management for Crypto, business or fintech brand.
• Strong understanding of Trader psychology How to communicate effectively with this audience.
• Proven ability to Increase sales or conversions Through strategic content.
• Skilled in planning and implementation Cross-platform campaigns.
• He is good at English (C1 or original level).
• Independent, creative and results-driven.
• Leadership mindset – able to Managing a creative team remotely Effectively.
