What will you do?

• Take ownership of ongoing product development via artificial intelligence and Mesocosm Platforms.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable user-centric product features and flows.
• Independently manage timelines and deliverables, balancing speed and quality.
• Work closely with founders to translate the product vision into reality.
• Lead by example – mentoring peers, setting technical standards, and driving accountability.
• Lead both Technical architecture and Product strategyfrom idea to launch.

What we expect

• Full stack mastery: Hands-on experience with front-end (React, Next.js, or similar), back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar), and mobile frameworks (React Native)
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, cloud deployment (AWS), and LLM APIs.
• Ability to empathize with end users and build user-friendly and accessible interfaces.
• Strong ownership mindset – self-starter, proactive and results-oriented.
• Leadership and communication skills to grow into a Founding team position.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, or educational technology.
• Comfortable in using AI based development tools to reach the goal efficiently.

Compensation and fairness

• The basic salary ranges between INR 8-12 lakh per year, depending on experience.
• Plus meaningful equity as part of the co-founder path (10 to 20%), which vests over time, based on performance.
• Review and potential salary increases associated with product milestones (MVP → Global Launch → Revenue/User Growth).
